Our seasonal rates are as follows...

High Season Period - (December 16, 2011
through March 31, 2012)
 Daily rate is.......................$150 per night
Weekly rate is $945..........$135 per night

Low Season Period - (April 1, 2012 through December 15, 2012)

Our Rental Policies...
- Check-in time is at 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Our villa is a very clean non-smoking unit.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- Typical reservations require a minimum five night stay. A three night minimum stay can be reserved when it fills a gap between other scheduled reservations.
- A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. It is nonrefundable 90 days prior to your scheduled check in.
- The balance of your rental, (the total less any previous reservation deposit made), is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to check in. Be sure to ask about short-notice availability. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate your last-minute schedule.
- A security deposit of $250 is required.
- There is a $50 cancellation fee.
- There is an additional $15 per day, per extra person(s) charge, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowable.
- A $125 cleaning fee is charged on all rentals.
- Hawaii State taxes are collected on rental charges.
- All fees are payable in US currency.
- All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change.
